How to Donate Your Art

Thank you for wanting to share your creativity with Paintings for Patriots! Your artwork will bring joy and comfort to our deployed American heroes. Here’s how you can get started:

Painting Guidelines

1. Canvas Size: Use 3" x 3" canvases for your artwork. These can be purchased at most art supply stores or online retailers such as Amazon, Michaels, or Hobby Lobby.

   (Note: As an Amazon Associate, Paintings for Patriots may earn a commission from qualifying purchases made through the link above. Any earnings will be used to support our mission, just like donations.)

2. Inspiration Ideas:

   • Create something bright and cheerful to lift a hero’s spirits.

   • Paint a scene or object that reminds the hero of home.

   • Express something meaningful to you as the artist.

3. Personal Touch: Consider adding a brief description of your artwork and what it means to you. This personal connection adds a special touch that our heroes truly appreciate.

Additional Suggestions

• Write a Letter: Along with your artwork, you’re welcome to include a heartfelt letter. Personal messages can be incredibly uplifting for our heroes.

Submission Instructions

1. Permission for Use: By submitting your artwork, you grant Paintings for Patriots permission to photograph and display your artwork on our website and promotional materials. We love showcasing your beautiful creations!

2. Local Pickup: If you’re in the local Augusta, Georgia area, contact us to arrange a convenient pickup time. Just email us at paintingsforpatriots@gmail.com.

3. Mail Donations: We’re not able to accept art donations by mail just yet, but we hope to add this option soon. Stay tuned!
